Evening folk, I'm trying to keep up my momentum with my blog post so I thought I'd depart from my recent post-convention theme and showcase some more of my recent Star Wars painting. I finished up a few of the Stormtroopers from the core box and from the Villains Pack to give my section at least more than one pose to look at. link

Thanks you folks. Good luck with your platoon herkybird… If I may, how do you have them organized? In my head, I was going to put together 1 unit leader, 5 squaddies, and 2 heavy troopers…probably go with 3 sections per platoon (not sure if this is Star Warsy…but it feels right for me). Thanks again. |

TMP link I already asked, as I had the same problem! Got some great replies from the good TMP commulity! I have 1 lieutenant (Kayn Samos) and a sergeant major
4 squads, each with a sergeant, 1 heavy weapon trooper, and 7 standard troopers. |

The original Star Wars Miniatures rules is fully combatable with D6 universe, for use with RPG characters. Also, it works in vehicles, and other things that can be attached to Storm Troopers like walkers, and tracked vehicles. Using the generic D6 Sci-fi rules, one could create equipment, vehicles, and the like from the Star Wars Universe for the Miniatures game rules. They played very well for the time in the 90s they where out. Of course, I still have the rules. |
