Although a lot of these cheap titles are – of course – on the topic of WW2, it seems that there are a lot of rare titles on modern African warfare. Some interesting obscure wars are covered, like the Second Congo War, or The Ethiopian–Somali War. I'm tempted to dig out my AK47 rules! Other military subjects are also on the list. As an aside, this list also relates to Bill's thread ( TMP link )about Kindle unlimited books. AFAIK, none of the books from Helion on available through Kindle Unlimited, since I seem to recall that if you have ebooks on KU, you CANNOT offer them for sale any where else. And as to why ebooks are often better than paper, I just bought "Red Devils over the Yalu" for C$2.35. Paperback is C$54.82. link |
