Omg, that interior crumbling looks incredible. As a kid I explored dilapidated garages and other condemned buildings that looked exactly like that inside.

If that's supposed to be Peckham in South London I think the local council must have spruced it up a bit. Last time I was there it wasn't anywhere near as inviting.
