I have just bought some 28mm French Infantry in the Napoleonic Bardin Uniform from this manufacturer and I am really impressed. threearmies.co.uk They are well detailed, easy to paint and cast in pewter. A nice range of positions in each pack, and the price is very attractive. A good size match for Perry and other plastics. I have no connection to them but I wish well to any new manufacturer with a quality product and these deserve to be better known. I think these are great figures for anyone starting out or planning a new army and wanting to get a lot of infantry together quickly and cheaply. |

I've picked up 1806 Prussians from Three Armies and echo these comments. They are nicely proportioned and very crisply cast, making them a breeze to paint. Strongly recommended. Also no connection on my part outside of being a very satisfied customer. |

I fully subscribe to these comments. I ordered twice from France. Figures at my door in less than a week. I sincerely wish a long and prosperous life to Three Armies. Can't wait for 1805-6 légère. |

Agree with all above. Best wishes on future success. I'm looking forward to seeing early French Voltigeur skirmishers. |

Just ordered the standing French Infantry 1812-15; these figures look great in the photos, looking forward to painting them. Really like the poses. |

I've also ordered the standing French yesterday, couldn't resist them. Thanks for drawing attention to these figures. |

I am pleased that it was of use to others. Since posting this I have ordered and received a few more packs. I have also finished painting up the first unit and have not discovered any drawbacks to them. One bonus from posting has been discovering the Chasseur blogspot, inspiring stuff, thank you. |

Thank you very much everyone for your kind words and encouragement. Please share pictures of your artwork where possible. If you want to you can post pictures to my Three armies facebook page too. Work continues on new releases although there has been a big delay on the Prussian fusiliers. More updates soon Michael |

The trick is to find a missing niche in a really popular nationality. Standing around French, not blazing away or marching holding that musket in a way I still find impossible to believe (whatever you all tell me)…that was clever. No one does a decent range of British firing line in metal! I would concede Front Rank, but with my usual reservations about their proportions, despite the incredible quality of their castings. Perrys OK..but plastic. Highlanders…no one does kilted units in a firing line in metal(reaching into pouch, biting, loading, ramming, at ready, present, firing etc) Real men only work in metal, let us face it (discuss) |

Thanks for the heads up Deadhead :) French standing are my best seller by a country mile and it out sells all the Prussians combined by over 5:1Surprised me too, so go figure that one out eh? Yes I have Brits in progress, but with Greatcoats. So I'm trying to find that niche but going with what is common. |
