A long overdue update.

Reference the last previous entry: TMP link

So after May of last year due to work I put this project on "indefinite hold". About three weeks ago, i walked into my garage looked over at them sitting there gathering dust and waiting patiently, and decided that it was now time to get it finished.
Ad so I went on a binge.

So I've gotten three buildings done so far, and am very please with them.

Check it all out right here: link

As always, comments are appreciated!
Enjoy and thanks in advance.

Murphy,

Those look amazing. And I'm glad you went back to "Rimfire" for the name of the town. You hardly ever see people do any interior work at all, so I really love your interior counters, shelves, flooring … well, everything in fact (including the poster):

I know I saw a tutorial a couple of years ago where the fella took a photo of the siding, gave it some color (on PowerPoint?), and then added text with a tiny level of transparency to it, and then printed it. Turned out really nice, as if the letters had actually been painted on the surface of faded painted, grainy wood. I'm going to see if I can find that again.

I guess I remembered a couple of the steps a little bit differently.

Those look great, Murph. My favourite has to be Thinglum's General Store. A nice nod to one of the hobby's finest gentlemen. (Hugely envious you know him!)

You have inspired me to go back and improve my wild west buildings!
