Ordered 18 May and left one item off order so I ordered it and asked if it could be shipped with my first order and if shipping charge could be refunded. Empress took care of it right away. Order shipped 19 May and arrived today 26 May smack dab in the center of the US of A. Seven days from the UK across the pond and halfway across the US is excellent service by any standard. Well done Empress! |
