Just picked up a couple of Medieval Cogs and want to do sea battles. Anyone know of and rules for moving the ships? |

David Manley has a set of rules for medieval naval battles available on Wargames Vault. There are rules for large battles like Sluys, and rules for ship to ship action. They are also cheap. Lord of the Seas link |

Flagship/Scalecreep Pirates! rules will work with minor tweaks. |

Most actions would be the same as land skirmish. Bows, boarding then hand to hand. The manoeuvring element isn't really necessary if only using 2 ships, just a means of deciding who is the attacker and who is the defender. Skill rating of ship/captain plus die roll as an opposed roll? |
