I'm playing the paras in my first pint sized campaign for Chain of Command and we've just completed Scenario 2. So far things are not going well. The men scattered by the drop are still wandering around the Normandy countryside and not where they are needed most. The Germans have a head of steam and I'm hoping I can consolidate something more resolute for scenario 3, where the prospect are much better for a tough defence. But a good defence needs good men, in fact, any men at all would do! Despite all this, I'm actually enjoying how the campaign unfolds. I've already made a few bad decisions but it's early days and some way to go yet. A full AAR on my blog thetacticalpainter.blogspot.com. … probe.html

Good stuff: thanks for posting.
The German Panzergrenadiers are difficult to deal with – especially if they roll well!

Absolutely awesome game. I love WWII with no tanks!

Played a few games of Chain of Command now and I love it! With armour or without it gives a great game!
