Not sure how many variations of the basic TIE design are still possible, but I actually like this one. Will be interesting to see how a TiE with a full turret – as opposed to the limited turret of the TIE SF – will play. |

Didn't most of the TIE variants come out of the computer game (TIE fighter – sequel to that X-wing propaganda piece)? FFG have access to ALL of those designs – "canon" and "not canon" as they may be. |

True, but so many of those designs were just… odd. Not sure there's a lot of interest for the 'uglies' that were basically glass cannons if I remember correctly. Still, I've been wrong before. |
