"The Turkish Defense Company MKE unveils its new 12.7mm sniper rifle at IDEF 2017, the International Defense Exhibition which was held in Istanbul, Turkey from 9 to 12 May 2017. The MAM15 is especially designed to be used as anti-materiel rifle. The MAM-15 is a bolt-action rifle which means that the cartridges are filled one by one with the cocking handle. This weapon seems to be designed on the basis of Mauser action. It can be used for long distance shooting with a maximum range of 1,800 m.
Cold forged heavy barrel with chrome plated interior provides exceptional precision at long distances. The butt at the rear of the weapon has a damping system that reduces the recoil. The butt may be extended up to 45mm according to the shooter. There is also adjustable cheek piece and monopod to increase the comfort of the shooter. The MAM-15 is fitted with a movable grip system offering the possibility to adjust the gap between the trigger and the railing. The trigger force can be adjusted according to the shooter. A muzzle brake reduces the recoil significantly and facilitates firing…" See here link Amicalement Armand
