"Soldiers of God is designed for playing tabletop battles during the period of the Crusades. The book is in A5 format, is printed on high quality, glossy paper and comes complete with a deck of action cards to play the game – so the first thing to say is that the book looks great. It contains photographs of nicely painted miniatures, both to illustrate rules and as eye candy…"

Could somebody please help me with the following enigma in the rules? Some of the cards in both Soldiers of God and Soldiers of Rome read: "SHAKEN – An enemy's units morale is wavering. They must take a resolve test or take 2 points of disorder." However, as I understand the rules, a failed resolve test can only lead to one point of disorder. Why is there a choice between maybe 1 point of disorder, or surely 2 points of disorder. Vice versa would make more sense. Who can shed some light on this matter? Thanks. |

I'm unfamiliar with the rules, but card is surely not offering a choice but saying that they must test resolve, losing two disorder if they fail. |

I thought it was only me, but none of my collegue wargamers understood. So I should read this as: "They must succeed in a resolve test or take 2 points of disorder". This makes sense. Thank you. |
