I use the Foundry triad for French Dragoons. |

Any green you like. Historical colors varied by dye lot and weathering, and historical rdepictions subject to license, and aging. We won't ever be accurate. |

I recall Humbrol enamels produced a lovely green in their Napoleonic range of paints, aptly-named: French Dragoon Green. |

VMC Flat Green is what I use. |

i used military green – its quite dark but seems to work
