A few years back I picked up the Galactic A-Holes from Highlander Studios.

I use modified Flames of War rules for my 15mm Superhero gaming sessions. Each character has a simple 5x7 sheet (printed on photo stock from Costco) that track health and energy, as well as lists out actions and special rules for each character.

With the recent release of Vol. 2, I thought I might go back and revise some character stats on my 15mm Guardians. I think that Gamora needs her sword, and Rocket may need some boost to defense. Any other surprises from the movie that I should add in as rules?

I just ordered a toy Milano off Amazon, I think it will scale pretty well with 15mm. I'll post some pictures after the next scenario is played with it.

Sounds interesting.

Looked a while back at the ships, and they do indeed scale very nicely with 15mm figs.

Yes they do scale well with the ships, I have a set of the figures (not painted yet)and two of the ships, they look good together.

You can see a few pictures at my blog silo1313.blogspot.com

Wow, I can't imagine adapting FOW for supers, must have taken some work.

Check out the 'Void Pirates' game by four-color studios, link It's practically written for gaming Guardians, it's quick, fun, and cheap too.

Yeah, it started with using Captain America in WW2, and just kinda evolved from there. The rules are super simple – I play with my children, nephew and niece. They thought up their own characters and named them (hence supers named things like "America Girl", "Ice Princess", "Plasma Man", etc.). Then I made rules and painted them up. Super fun since I can have them fight "Hydra" using the German WW2 troops, and other stuff.

I'm going to make a GotG2 scenario too, based on the opening scene. I think that I have a Tyranid that will fit the bill nicely for gigantic creature to protect the city against.

Would baby Groot need to be something like 6mm?

I took some pictures of the A-Holes along with the Hasbro toy Milano that I purchased from Amazon. Scales fairly well. Great deal for $20 USD….

Is that Highlander Studio link working for all you guys? As soon as I clicked on "add to cart", the page went blank.
