The price is kind of weird actually.

Unless they changed their policies, the royalty payments amazon use are skewed heavily towards the 10 dollar market.

At least it used to be that once you went past 10 dollars, your royalties would drop from 70% to 30% making it uneconomical.
It may have changed though.
