There's a show report, and several pictures of games, over on the Solo Wargamers Association Lone Warrior blog link Jonathan Aird had a pretty good day, only losing half the games he played and buying not as much as he wanted to – but still had a lot of fun! |

Enjoyed that – I agree that Salute is definitely evolving. On the queue I wonder if Excel staff were controlling the flow. |

There were people in the holding line in fair numbers by 08:30. If folks want to turn up an hour and a half before kick off no one can stop them but it does make that initial move through the secondary hall space a pretty long trudge come opening time if you are at the back end. Personally, I cannot imagine what's important enough to arrive and wait for 90 minutes but there you are. Thanks to Lone Warrior for the nice comments on the terrain etc for our Pearson's Farm ACW game. |
