"Nick at Northstar" Topic

Having been interested in the Crimean war since I was a kid, I figured it was about time to start gaming the Crimea.
My wife asked me what I wanted for my 50th birthday and I told her I wanted the light brigade. And what did I get?
I got the light brigade from Northstar miniatures.
When I ordered the figures, they stated that it may take up to a month to get my figures, and I must say they were worth the wait !
The only problem was that a few figures arrived damaged, not a big surprise considering the distance traveled. I contacted Nick at Northstar and he apologized for the damaged figures.
He then asked for some pictures of the damaged figures, and upon seeing the damage, set about sending me replacements right away.
The figures sent, got lost somewhere between England and the U.S. and I told Nick that the figures never came. Nick promptly put yet another package in the mail, and today, I got the figures.
I just wanted to let everybody know that Nick and his crew at Northstar are great to do business with and that all of his correspondence was prompt and polite. Great service all around.
I will be buying more figures from them in the future and I hope everybody else does as well.
So "Thank you Nick and all of the folks at Northstar for going above and beyond."

I'll second that.. great bunch, ever patient, ever friendly, very efficient, great ranges … and they put up so well with my insanity!

I love dealing with Northstar. Never had an experience dealing with them.
