I am seeking a Dragoon and Dragoon Guard image for the British army that fought in the Lowlands in 1794. Can anyone point me to an image (in color) located on the internet?

Found the Dragoon Guards officer image in the book "Uniforms of the French Revolutionary War" but need a trooper image. FYI.

Have you found this one? link

and here

There are a series of Royal Military Library Prints of this type to look for.

The other search term to look for is Richard Simkiin's plates some of which are from the 1790s.

Armand – thanks – your last link led to a Pinterest page where I was able to find a Horse Guards image of the correct time frame. Not sure of the Dragoon Guards image – might be too late for what I need. The uniform changed in 1794 – just not sure if it also changed later in the 1790s as well. Think they changed headgear. But I have a Dragoon and Dragoon Guards images so I am set as far as the British go.

Thanks to all that responded as well.

The Royal Horse Guard from the C. J. Smith series:

A picture I found of this unit shows them wearing a cuirass. Is that accurate? Would they have worn one in combat?

Have a look here.

Simkin's pictures from the books of Cavalry and Infantry of the British Army.

Scroll down to where my posts (Dibble201bty) start: Post#274. The next page will show uniforms of the infantry starting from post 286.

I do believe (if I recall) that the cuirass was worn by the horse Guards only briefly but then they were back-loaded to England by ship.

Paul :)
