I am painting late war Germans (AB 20mm). Can anyone tell me the color of the metal ammo cases for the MG-34? I would have thought they were black/metallic or even olive/field grey. Can't tell from photos I have. Thanks for the help. |

I have always done them up in feldgrau which was I inferred from the few colour sources I have seen |

Some sort of dark green is a safe bet. |
