Nicely sculpted, characterful figures. Should be compatible with my Foundry Border Reivers. Potential problem with the lack of any cast-on base or tab for the infantry, meaning that they will probably have to be pinned, as glueing their feet to a base isn't going to be very robust. I'll replace the (bendy) pikes with wire ones. And the packaging was barely adequate for the job; given the weight and value of the order, I'd have expected a box rather than a large padded envelope, but my order arrived safely. |

Received my figures yesterday. Lots of damage due to poor packing but should be all repairable. Some casting great with very nice detail others are not and need lots of cleaning. Lots of work for these figures. They require the assembly of Warlords plastics but in metal. You have to glue arms on, weapons with hands, some require top and bottom body to be filed down and glued.
As mentioned earlier no base on figures will be a pain to mount. You can pin but legs are thin so it will be a short pin.
The fact they are true Spanish is nice.
I will only order to fill any gaps and if they improve packaging.
Hoping they look and paint up better than they appear right now. I will stick with Bohemian miniatures for all my other 30yrs war. |

I will reserve judgement until they arrive. Coming from Malaga, and with stuff arriving in the US and Australia but none in Germany yet, I have some rising doubts, though. I will review them here once they show up. |

Got them. Fine minis. Short review:
Good quality, natural poses and typical size – they will mix well with TAG/Perry/Foundry/WG.
No integrated base or slot – which suits ME just fine, as I cut these off anyway to glue/pin them upon flat bases.
The resin gabions seem to be without any casting flaws. More in a week when I actually built them. |
