Looking for suggestions for Vallejo paints for the above.

I don't know Vallejo, but here are mine:

If you like them I can tell you the paints I used. It's really just khaki with sand swirls and dark brown dashes.

Then you have to find a color that pleases you for the color of the Interceptor vests (called "coyote brown").

If it helps this blog painted some and although not totally vallejo paints he mentions the colours so it may be useful.

I use Testors Model Masters acrylics. The khaki is actually some German name (I'd have to look it up when I get home), and then Sand and Italian Dark Brown. I can get the numbers later, if you'd like.
