Last week I assembled the entirety of my two core game boxes of the Daqan (human) faction. I just put up a blog post about: -My experiences assembling them. -Some easy conversions that can be done to mix up the poses a bit. -My overall thoughts about the sculpts after having had them in-hand for a while. link Just a couple teasers. Here's a set of 8 of the same spearmen bodies. Instead of all being identical, only 2 are assembled stock and there's some limb swapping and repositioning to give a much wider variety of poses…
…and you wouldn't want your golems to look alike would you?

Size wise how do they scale up with Reaper? |

Thanks Ivan, Whill4, The seem to scale well with GW and I'd assume with Reaper, though Reaper size is all over the map depending on line and scuptor. My Daqan Soldiers are 28mm sole-to-eye and they're a bit hunched so I'd say they're probably spot on 30mm figs. I can't seem to find the pic but another fellow posted a photo of the skellies (I traded mine away) and a Space Marine and the eyelines were very close. |
