I found a good deal on eBay, for some more modern, 1/144th scale cars, and even a few trucks.

However, I'm also interested in some older, Cold War era vehicles, like VW bugs, VW vans, older Mercedes and Porsches, etc., etc., like might be seen in West Germany, from the 1950s – 1970s and 1980s.

Does anyone make those, for a reasonable price?

I didn't see much in my searches on eBay, and don't know where else to look, other than perhaps a Model Railroading catalog for N-Scale, but imagine those may be rather pricey.

Any decent sources for low-cost, historical vehicles in N-scale, e.g. 1/144th – 1/160th scale?

I can 3d print stuff like that as long as I can find a file on the internet. around $3 USD each in 1/144 scale.
