I wonder what that black/gray band around that one little pig is… a workout belt?! |

Nah, its a hernia belt. An ounce of prevention… Seriously, I bought some 25mm Goats, and Chickens, years ago. I use them as morale markers. A Goat won't head-butt you in the front, but they will sometimes smack you from the side, or rear -- Shaken Troops: cannot attack frontally, but they can attack an enemy from a flank, or rear position. Chickens make great unit markers for Routing troops -- no explanation required. I used colored pipe cleaners, and label tents, in the past. I never liked how they looked on the tabletop, though. With the Goats, and Chickens, they blend into the medieval/fantasy genre perfectly, and everyone knows what they represent. NO, they are not lunch on the hoof/claw… Sheesh! Some people. Cheers! |

Sometimes my farm animals are just scenery, sometimes they are objective markers |
