We got in a game of 'Augustus to Aurelian' yesterday at the monthly meeting of the DWG with this recreation of the destruction of a Roman army under Praetorian Prefect Cornelius Fuscus in 87 AD by a Dacaian army at Tapae in Dacia.

The wheels really came off for the Romans as they struggled to recover from the surprise ambush and some inspired use of the dice by the Dacians.

If you would like to read how the game went and find out more then just follow the link to the club blog.
