As you may have noticed, there is a dispute between Capitan and Xan Miniatures.
Since TMP was requested to take action, I have asked for brief statements from both companies. They have provided this information. Based on what I have seen, it is my conclusion that a decision should be resolved via the courts.
TMP will remain neutral in this matter, pending a court decision.
Both parties have been asked to refrain from making hostile comments on the other company's Hobby News stories.
Both companies are free to participate on the TMP forums and to discuss their differences, but are discouraged from harassing each other.
We wish both companies well, and hope that the matter can be resolved swiftly by the legal system.
