Coolest pickup at Adepticon: an intact and a broken toilet. A given in the Post Apocalypse is that atomic blast waves devastate above ground structures. That should leave the underground water and sewer lines intact. A functional toilet might be worth its weight in Nuka Cola bottle cap currency. An intact toilet could be a worthy Plot Point and an item for your faction to haul back to Base.

In 2012, we had a major fire here. One house burned down but the toilet and piping remained intact. So there the toilet was, up in the air at the end of the pipes, eight feet above the ashes.

In case you were looking for an unusual basing arrangement.
