Today a review about two new sets in 1/72. Let's go to the desert. But not only to the time of Lawrence of Arabia. Maybe there is a opponent for my beloved Foreign Legion in 1/72. Have fun with the report. Report in german and english. link

One thing I really like about Strelets is that they get that detail needs to be deeper than scale. They paint up so well as a result. |

As a rule I don't do 1/72 plastic (although I am considering one possible project in that scale and medium at the moment), so I've never bought any Strelets figures, but I do concur that of all the brands their design ethos appears to be the closest to that of metal figure manufacturers: relatively solid, chunky figures with exaggerated detail. They're even proportioned like metal figures. One day soon… |
