I mean these 15/18mm dynamic exotic beauties here, sculpted by Ben Siens:

If not Mars, then perhaps another world Victorians might attempt to conquer?

Yes!

They are part of my Martian mix.
Being from the Ancient times, Elves were the go-to source for Martian like figures, especially in 15mm.

These Black Raven Foundry elves make up a lot of my troops.
Not too many photos, except this one pose.

Demon World Elves and Dark Elves are good too:

With their pseudo-Japanese look.

I know I have the Splintered-Light Elves, as I have tons of those great figures. (Most likely not painted yet.)

I put together this list of potential 15mm VSF many…many…many… years ago, but might help a bit.

There is a Larry Leadhead comic written just for this.

" You can't use Elves for Martians " " It's It's It's unhistorical"

Or something close to that.

I used them for some Hiver-influenced human Minor Race in my Traveller skirmish line-up before I had to quite 15mm due to vision problems.

I did and they're very good models. That said, the Demonworld range is also very good but has even more options and conversion potential.

I find spare bits (especially blades) from GW Dark Elf Corsairs work nicely for some of my Martians, who are largely conversions of Perry Anasar Warriors. I shave the sides of the Fuzzy-Wuzzy heads and model pointy ears on.

In general, evil elves have interesting curly bits that look suitably Martian while goody-goody ones are all clean and Knightly looking, which doesn't suit.

Some nice stuff above!
