Hey all, my buddy is scheduled to run a game of this at HAVOC, a convention in Shrewsbury, Mass. tomorrow evening and seems to have lost his printout of the rules.
If anyone can send them to me so I can forward them to him, it would be a great help, as the files are no longer online.
