A while back RovingHobbyist asked about wargaming in the Hudson Valley. Several people reached out and I thought I would write an update for those who meant to reply or those who wondered if these things work and should they try it for their area. We've been meeting at Hobby Town in Nanuet most Thursdays. link The games have been Chain of Command, Mad Dogs with Guns, Saga and A Gentleman's War. There's some other games being talked about. A nice sized group as developed with room to grow. Here's a few blogs with AAR of the games. saltflats1929again.blogspot.com addictedtolead.net link Thanks for reading |

+1 to the comments regarding SWA. For details, go to swa-gaming.org. You should also schedule a visit to their Council of Five Nations convention this Fall. That covers your northern road trip for the Hudson Valley. For your southern front, check out njcon.org in June. Hope to see you there. |
