So granted you are not going to sell even close to as much with mitre decals as you will with Roman shield decals. But still people sell decals for 1 specific knight that will only fit one range of miniatures, So how much can that one sell?

I suck at free hand, while the rest of the figure might look good, any figure I paint that uses a mitre will automatically look crap because of the freehand mitre.

I would love for someone to make mitre decals for various ranges of 18th-century figures. There can't be that much overhead considering all the producers of decals out there.

I feel your pain. I could have used them for my Quebec 1759 project.
I gritted my teeth and painted them free hand. They turned out better than I thought they would.

One problem is that my Louisbourg Grenadiers were 25mm Dixon figures and the rest were larger 28mm Elite and Old Glory figures.
