Litko would be my first guess. I didn't see any like those there, but they do custom work. They have some wound dials that may work for you. |

I made my own. I went to the craft store and bought bags of wooden hearts. I cut the hearts in half to get a vaguely blood drop shape. A quick coat of red spray paint and they were done. You could go the extra mile and write on numbers of wounds. |
