"How many Tigers do you own?" Topic

Not the mammals, rather the German tanks that caused such panic in World War II. In any scale and any make.

A) All my German tanks are Tigers.
B) More than any other tank in my German Panzer Divisions.
C) Equal numbers of Tigers vs. all my other Panzers.
D) Many more Panzer Mark 1,2,3,4 and Panthers vs. Tigers.
E) I have very few Tigers.
F) I own no Tigers because they run out of gas and break down before the battle.
G) I only game Early WW II, so I don't have any.
H) I don't have any German forces for WWII.
I) I don't play WWII games.
J) What is a Tiger tank?
K) I don't like this poll.

I think I have 5 or 6 total, one in 15mm, the rest 6mm.

Just one in 15mm.

One Tiger Zug in 1/50 scale -- more than enough!

I have a couple dozen of the mammal kind. And a several dozen anthomorphic of the mammal kind.

I just had a look and there are two Tigers sitting in a plastic box. They glowered at me, I think for lack of use. I donīt think I will venture to open the box again.

That's out of 150-odd German AFV's.

E?F? I have a German army after Tigers were introduced so I could have them but I don't own any Tigers because I didn't see the need for them.

E. Now assault guns and tank destroyers are a different matter entirely…

A lot. Because as well as having my gaming Tigers I also collected Dragon's pre-painted Tigers, and there was more than just a few of them.

Only 3 Tiger I's, but I also have 2 King Tigers (one Porsche turret and the other Henschel) and a Jagdtiger.

I would say C) since my 4 Panthers (plus a Jagdpanther), 6 Panzer IV's (plus 2 Jagdpanzer IV's) and 5 Stug III Ausf G's approximate that number.

These are all in 1/48.

Infinite number of Tiger Is. Mine are card models so I can print as many as I like. I have 1 built.

D, I have 2 in 15mm. Not sure if I will ever use them. Painted for the DAK.

E) I actually have just two Tigers

I have more than what the Germans had on the Western Front, so not very many. There are also in the same condition as most Tiger I's were, immobile.

H. Never had a Tiger when I did 1/35 German armor, either. I had a King Tiger though.

Should I start a WW2 German force, I think the biggest vehicle I would have isca StuG III. So far, Bolt Action is my WW2 gane, so a Tiger would be overkill.

Four Tiger I, no Tiger II, three Jagdtigers. Dozens of Mk. IIs, IIIs, IVs and Panthers.

I have two in 15mm. 1 with Zimmerit and 1 without.

Six I's and a King in 5mm. Never set out to buy one, but I built my WWII armies by buying up discards in flea markets.

Which means I've had to go back to dealers for recon, transport and towed AT. Miniature wargamers are a simple people with basic, primitive wants.

Oh. "E" I think. I have more of every other mark.

"E" I have 2+1 1:48 scale models for gaming; 2 for the game table (1 is German Tiger mod for Kelly's Heroes and the second is in winter camo). The third is unbuilt and still in the box.

Which still is a goodly number of Tigers since I have a great deal of StuG's, Panzer IV's, and Panthers.

As is proper for NWE, as Tigers really did exist in decent quantities.

8 x Tiger I's, 6 x Tiger II's (4 Henschel, 2 Porsche),1 x JagdTiger all in 6mm.
My PzKfw III's and PzKfw IV's number around at least 50 of each, and about 20 PzKfw II and 22 Panthers and only 8 PzKfw I including command versions. About 27 STuG III and IV's back them up, again all in 6mm.
So I would say I have option D
I forgot about the 17 38T and 35T's

I have three revel 1:72 tigers a friend made for me.
Lee did a great job on assembling and painting those. He even added milliput zimmerit.

Not sure how many micro tigers I have, or even if I still have them. I last used them about 1981.

There's at least two still in boxes unassembled. I bought someone's unwanted collection of second hand dragon kits.

All my WW2 armour is 3mm so lots of anything that was around in France 1940.

One day I will paint the infantry so I can actually use the damn tanks.

G, I only play early war Eastern Front.
