Just wondering if anyone has tried out the 2016 version of Blood Bowl. I was a huge fan of the original but haven't played it this millennium, but the new one looks pretty good in terms of components and whatnot. Have the rules improved in the meantime?

Thanks!

As far as I am aware the rule changes are minimal, so if you liked the old Blood Bowl you'll like this.

I have the new version and I'm enjoying it. As you'd expect the production quality is suburb (although I find that better quality miniatures are more difficult to do justice to).

As Ssendam said rules are very similar to the old version. the Miniatures are very nice alas a tat bigger then 28mm and the bases are much bigger . Therefore the playing field has a much bigger grid on it as the old version. So playing with the new figures on an old field wouldn't really be possible!

The rules are pretty much exactly what the online communities came up with over the last 10+ years.

It's great fun even though my Norse have difficulties doing anything right.
