I felt compelled to comment after receiving exceptional customer service from a couple of companies in the Industry. Firstly, Battlefront sent me the FOW 4 rules books as I had purchased the 3rd edition books. To me this level of service is unheard of amongst retailers outside of the hobby. Really first class company. Generally though, whenever I have had a miscast or damaged figure the supplier has always responded with a replacement, no interrogation, just really good customer service. These gestures are important and make the hobby all the more enjoyable. Thank you. |

I have been gaming for 35 years and here in the UK I can honestly say I only had one serious disappointment (from a clown pirating some well-known minis) I have met some of the nicest people on the planet in our hobby and received some top class service. I will name the good guys here and wish them much success for the future. Most are in the UK. Martin Vexillia Miniatures Kallistra Pendraken Timecast Big Andy Old Glory UK Alan Lancashire Games The Kay family Irregular Miniatures Treefellas Sheffield Paul Bailey Keepwargaming Tim Formerly of 2 Dragons Khurasan Miniatures USA Caliver Books Andy Heroics & Ros Total Battle Miniatures Leven Miniatures. The list only refers to the companies I have dealt with and is not a poor reflection on any companies not named on it. So lets keep supporting the good guys. |

Always had good service whether here in the UK or from Europe, the USA and Canada. And always found traders at shows great to talk to about the hobby. |

Good customer service all around for me. Only gripes for some … which I guess fall into the customer service area: No email confirmation of order received. No email re: dispatch. No photos of figures. |

I only deal with companies that provide good service. I am understanding stuff happens so I am not a complete prude on service. However, if I order an it takes 5 months for an email responding back or you jip me out of a figure and can't fill it then I will look elsewhere. I vote by my dollars. Companies that have always provided great service (in no particular order): Old Glory All around great experience with Russ's team Knuckleduster Always pleased Foundry Top knotch Crusader/Just Keep Gaming They keep me stocked… Triangle Miniatures Always a pleasure Perry Great stuff Conquest On Military Matters (Dennis is always spot on with communication) The War Store (haven't ordered as much as I did in the past but always prompt) Cotton Jim's Flags Cotton Jim throws cotton at the competition…. If not listed does not mean they stink, just these folks have gone above and beyond. |

Also, I'd add Games Workshop to the list in terms of great Customer Service. I could say a lot about the company, but bad customer service isn't one of them! (and many of my long list of complaints are being squashed by Rountree one by one. |

Warlord, definitely. Any time there's a problem they ship out replacement parts the next day. Games Workshop customer service as well – they've been top notch and have sent entire kits for replacement when a single piece was damaged (giving me tons of extra free models in the process). |
