Historically I have been very critical of BF miniatures, but I recently picked up the platoon set of their Pz IVHs with Zimmerit plastic set. Have to say this is pretty well made, and greatly exceeded my expectations. Detail is sharp, plastic quality is good, a few nice options, fit is very good, and there was plenty of slide molding going on showing that BF really invested in their tooling. So fair is fair, they did a good job on these models! Only complaint is that the pin that holds the turret is loose. Would have preferred a tighter or even snap-in fit here. Damon. |

If you get another set of BF plastics try using magnets. I think they're much better than the peg. |

I really like the BF plastic ranges and I think they're leading the field. Their vehicles are nicely detailed for this scale, easy to assemble, and more robust than other plastic ranges. Their plastic figures really blow the competition away in terms of crisp levels of detail and good poses. I don't play their rules but I will certainly be buying more and more of their miniatures. |
