Hello, Can anyone recommend some gaming rules, scenarios or what-if books pertaining to the possible British intervention during the American Civil War? |

I'd just use the same ACW rules, Canadian regulars and irregulars with a slight morale an ability edge? Whilst some in the British government were tempted to side with the Confederacy, The continued existence of slavery in the south meant this was a complete 'no no' as far as most Britons of that era were concerned. |

I'm using Sharp Practice 2 for the Fenian Raids, which is about the same thing. There are army lists on the Too Fat Lardies web site. |

Black Powder will work well with the 'what-if'. I have thought about it myself, could be good fun. I am sure there is a blog out there that gives some list and info on this 'period'. I remember reading it. |

Our group did some games on this using the Fire and Fury rules and our variants – link and link |

Another vote for Fire and Fury – we used mods very similar to WFGamers – but we did give the British more than their fair share of mediocre commannders |

I've seen some Eureka Miniatures 15/18mm Crimean British figures that might work for this purpose. How do they look against other 15mm figures on the table? Are the Eurekas too big or out of proportion to other 15s? |
