I recently acquired a 28mm French Medieval Army from Perry but most of the Lances/Spears for the Mounted Troops were missing. So does anyone knows where I can get spare Lances/Spears? Thanks Michael |

Someone turned me on to Fireforge plastic lances recently, which I had never considered. I got mine at thewarstore.com. |

North Star metal ones are my favourite. |

Perry sells them on their website. Metal ones that don't snap off like plastic. |

I have been making them this way very easy to do. YouTube link |

Sadly, the Perry metal spears and pikes have been out of production for a year or two now. They were my go-to spear. Trust me, 45thdiv. – I'd buy them by the truckload if they were still out there. |

As you are in the US, try Old Glory. They make four different lengths for their 25/28mm figures: link I've used them before on figures that needed pikes or spears and they work very well. The spear/lance heads may need a little boring out so the shaft can fit, then secure with super glue. Jim |

Fireforge plastic are good for pikes – though I never understood why they made 4 sculpts of identical weapons with just longer shafts – instead of just producing the longest and advising about the usage of a knife… The cheapest pike come with a broom, though you need to check that they are round rather then irregular ovals. If you want a LANCE; however, with an appropriate grip, you are afaik out of plastic luck. There are several providers of seperate lances, like TAG. |
