I think the OP was looking for rules, but if you are looking for a figure, there's also the Northstar one, which comes with Jane, Boy and Cheetah:

I picked those up last month and they're very nice.

If you are looking for figures, Foundry has good Tarzan and Jane figures in its Darkest Africa range.
