Received a Breastworks set from Paul's Modelling Workshop. Several of the pieces had some sticky residue on them that resulted in white packing foam on the pieces. When I tried to scrape them off, it scratched the piece. I told Paul and he sent me the replacement pieces free of charge with a couple extra pieces to boot. Amazing service. Highly recommend his service. |
