Super Cool!

"The most beloved a-holes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe are back in a brand new trailer for ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2'. Jimmy Kimmel debuted the latest preview for James Gunn's follow-up to his 2014 surprise hit and it gives us plenty of fresh glimpses at Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax the Destroyer, Rocket Raccoon, and Baby Groot. However, there's one character that we get to see for the first time and it's a pretty big deal.

In a sea of never before seen footage featuring the Guardians, Yondu, Nebula, and newcomers to the MCU like Pom Klementieff's Mantis and the villainous Ayesha played by Elizabeth Debicki, there's one massive reveal at the end that will surely change Peter Quill's life forever. After much speculation and secrecy (and seeing him in toy form), we finally get our first real look at Kurt Russell as Ego the Living Planet, who also happens to be Star-Lord's biological father. While you ponder over how that can actually be, take a look at the veteran actor as he portrays a literal planet in the trailer courtesy of the Jimmy Kimmel Live Youtube channel, followed by the official synopsis of the film…"
