The title says it all. I still have Starfire I and II somewhere at the house but for those that are interested, here it is!

Cool, that was a great little boardgame with some great scenarios. My friends and I used to play the heck out of that.

Still have mine. A great game.

Thanks for that. I've wanted to replace my original copy for years, but all I could find was the later(more complicated) versions.

Good news! While I have the paper copies, it is good to see the PDFs available.

Is this a version of Starmarda ???

No it is Starfire. Old boardgame from the late seventies and early eighties. Task Force Games released it back then. I played the heck out of the game and it would be easy to convert to miniatures play.

I picked up I and II when they were first available as PDFs direct from SDS, but III is new, so off to grab that.

parrskool, like the original Star Fleet Battles also by Task Force Games, started as small booklet-sized game, the size of Metagaming's MicroGames if you know those.

Instead of an SSD, you had a single line of systems to cross off in damage.

Kick of a little game. I have several of the later versions, and like SFB to some of, not entirely appreciated improvements.
