I've read and reread the rules for basing minis in epic but I am just trying to make sure before I begin casting them. They are roughly 19 by 32 mm Tablet style. It's just the way they turned out after sanding. Anyway, would these be legal sized bases for Epic Armageddon and so on?

The official bases were either 20x20 mm (old Space Marine style) or 10x40 (Epic 40K onwards).

Far as I know both have been fine in EA, so being in between ought not to be a problem, but make sure to check with whoever you game with.

We've played with all manner of bases and never found it mattered.

Yep … either of those bases for Epic is good. Or any others for that matter.

I've made three of them but the mold box was a little small to fit three so I've just set up a silicon mold to make two with staggered five holes. We shall see if I followed the instructions well enough in about an hour

Success! Have cast four thus far and am very pleased with the results. Only takes about a teaspoon of resin per base so it should be cost effective as well. My picture fu on the forums is less than stellar but I've posted a side by side in the Epic Armageddon facebook group. Glad to have some tablet style bases with pre drilled holes that are small enough to not take up a tank sized space!

Since our group does not play in tournaments, any base is a good base. Most are the original squares. Some are the 3.0 rectangles. I've got circular ones.
