I am looking at building a small 1806 force of Nassauers for Sharp Practice 2.

I can't find any company that makes a 15mm Nassau rage for the early Napoleonic period. However, I was thinking of the following substitutions. I wonder if the collective can tell me what they think?

Cheers!

Jagers – AB Prussian Jagers, but I would remove the plume.

Mounted Jagers – I'm not sure, but I was considering British light dragoons on tarlton. I realist the helmet looks more like a Bavarian one…

Not that I have seen.

All their Nassau infantry look to be 1815 chaps as well.

My opinion is that Bavarian cavalry would be more suitable for a simple painting conversion for Nassau Reitende Jaegers of 1806. Your illustration only shows an officer; the enlisted men probably wore overalls on campaign, and may well have also worn a much simpler coat or jacket.
