Anybody know of any 1/56 – 28mm Japanese trucks? Or suitable civilian trucks that can be 'requisitioned'?

I just used some die cast days gone by lorries that looked close enough. You can always get away with saying they are captured.

They are days gone by 1939 Ford lorries..not unlike an Isuzu if you squint a bit and hold at arms length.

Hasegawa makes some nice plastic model kits of Japanese trucks, including the Kurogane staff car, in 1/48 scale that might also work for you.
