I haven't done anything with the few pictures I have but I had a great time. Some good board gaming, ran an eleven player Car Wars game that went well, got in some Ogre and Jet Age on Sunday. Got a couple bargains in the Buyer's Bazaar, too. Could not have gone better for me and those I talked to.

Well, my son's MiG-19 got shot down, though our side still won the game. Other than that, perfect weekend.

I was able to go on Saturday where I ran my Star Wars Armada game and it was great the Imperials lost all but one ship but the BIG ship was the Superstar Destroyer.

I have pictures but I need to upload them and then post them here.

Otherwise I found some good stuff at the Bazaar and I met some people who I haven't seen in a long time.

So eventhough I was only able to go one day I had a blast.

I was in two Traveller games, one official and one pick-up, both very enjoyable, and both somewhat in memoriam to Loren Wiseman, who died last week.

I painted three figures: a 1979 Ral Parth dimetrodon that I brought from home (and that I had bought in about 1980, but never got around to painting) and two Relic Knight soldiers in armor with rifles. I should be able to use in a Traveller setting, although they are rather tall. I painted the dimetrodon green with gold drybrush, and the soldiers got a brown-tan-black camouflage scheme.

I played in a bunch of board games, too. I wasn't able to play any miniatures games, but I got to see some really nice work.

The best part of the convention was hanging with friends that I don't get to see enough during the rest of the year.
