Part of a painting commission I was working on had two same halves of a plastic horse, so I couldn't complete the model.

I emailed Mantic who responded promptly and posted a replacement horse.

Not a very exciting story I admit, and I am only posting as a feel a little guilty – the box they sent was large, and must have cost more than the single plastic horse was worth!

This good review is my way of saying thanks Mantic for great customer service!

I've always found Mantic to be one of the friendliest and most helpful companies to deal with.

I have found the exact opposite and refuse to do business with them anymore

I too find Mantic to be a horrible company to deal with. Will never buy from them again.
