Yesterdays job was to turn over the lexan print bed on the Replicator 2 and re-level. We have to replace the bed about every year as ir wars ou. Proably about 400 hrs use a year. Howe often do you replace the bed or re-level it? I make my own with lexan from rbay at about £10.00 GBP instead of buying makerbot plates at about £40.00 GBP Do you buy or make? |

No not needed with a lexan plate. How are you getting on with the printer? |

920 hours on mine from QiDI still going strong some scratches but every thing still sticks. |
