It has to be fun painting however you feel like. I have thought since can't afford new figures right now I should revisit 28mm figures 36 years old. |

Funny… I sold off my warhammer collection years ago, but over the last year really got into Dragon Rampant, and have been scouring eBay for old figures… I managed to paint up an all metal citadel orc warband, a dwarf army, and have been slowly building an empire force. Metal halberdiers have been the hardest to come by. It's amanzing to me how good these old figures look now that I have 25+ years painting experience, washes, and better technique. Thanks for sharing! |

Been very fortunate in never having had to sell any figures. Seemed foolish at times to have so many laying around waiting paint but… …one thing I have learned from this hobby is that if you don't get something when you can, it might not be available to get later. Probably a backwards message so far as received wisdom goes but at least it applies to miniatures :) Bob |

I love that IG medic, third from the left. I believe he's holding binoculars, but everyone I know (including me) painted him as if he was eating a sandwich. |
