Thanks Tango… I'm gonna be up all night now designing post-apoc girls wearing (semi-)sensible clothes with a Western flair :-)

I've used them for an RPG character figure once. I used the highest quality material then available, which has since been discontinued. I confess then end result was nowhere near as smooth as I had hoped, having a sort of 'sandy' texture. I had to very carefully smooth off with fine emery paper wherever I could, but sensitive areas like the face still showed the graininess. It was a trade-off between loosing the face or losing the grain. I'd like to try their premium plastic and I'm sure I will at some point, but $30 USD, plus fairly high shipping costs to the UK mean that it's not something I do lightly.

I know other people have tried similar projects (createyourminis.com was one, who have now vanished) are there any others currently around?
